Characteristics

Flange Heater has similar characteristics to Immersion Heater.  The different point is its flange to house many heaters for easy installation.  There are round and square flanges available.

Many users agree that the electric Flange Heater yields more efficiency and more safety compared to the lower cost of gas powe or petroleum power.  As a result, the electric Flange Heater is being selected for industrial use.

Cautions

  • Do not use Flange Heater near or directly to combustible materials.  Please have a temperature controller to make the working area safer and also to prolong the life cyble of heater as well.
  • Always clean the dregs on heater surface every 3 months so as to save both the life of heater and electricity power.
